SRE / BizOps Engineer
Are you an SRE/BizOps Engineer based in Dublin (Hybrid) with experience in production support, Python/Groovy, CI/CD, automation, and large-scale systems? Ready to take on your next big challenge?

Your Mission
As an SRE/BizOps Engineer, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of critical services. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of services while collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.

What you’ll be doing:
Production support: monitoring, troubleshooting P1/P2 incidents, and ITIL/ITSM processes
Automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipeline management
Release management, patching, and vulnerability handling
Incident response, postmortems, and performance optimization
Mentoring junior team members and knowledge sharing
Collaborating with development, operations, and product teams to improve efficiency
Key Strengths & Expertise
Production support: monitoring tools, troubleshooting, P1/P2 incidents, ITIL/ITSM, ticketing, database knowledge
Scripting & automation: Python, Groovy, Shell, Chef/Ruby
Release management: XLR, certs, vulnerabilities, patching
CI/CD tools: Git/BitBucket, Jenkins; ability to design efficient pipelines from dev to prod
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on automation
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and performance tuning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Additional Strengths
Python, Go, or Bash scripting
SOAP and REST web services knowledge
Expertise in Directory Services, Authentication/Authorization, Access Provisioning, PKI, and compliance controls
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record in operational excellence, automation, and production support
