Finance & Restructuring Attorney – Join a Leading National Legal Team

We are now seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized litigation team working across complex commercial disputes and Native American litigation.
About the Role
You’ll become part of a collaborative, high-impact team advising financial institutions, corporations, and sovereign entities on a broad range of commercial litigation matters. You will:
- Handle complex financial disputes and business litigation.
- Support corporate debt restructurings and related litigation (note: this is not a bankruptcy-heavy role).
- Contribute to Native American litigation focused on sovereignty, gaming, and land disputes.
- Gain hands-on experience in cases that shape financial and legal landscapes across the U.S.
What We’re Looking For
This role is tailored for a junior associate with 3–5 years of experience. Candidates outside this range will not be considered.
Must-haves:
- 3–5 years of litigation experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
- Strong commercial litigation background.
- Excellent writing skills and top academic performance.
- U.S. JD and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
Preferred:
- GPA 3.2 or above.
- Experience in Native American law or sovereign disputes is a plus.
Compensation
Base Salary: $180,000 – $300,000 depending on experience and location.
