Are you an experienced Process Engineer to join a leading organization in the protein processing industry. In this mid-level role, you will play a critical part in optimizing plant operations, leading lean manufacturing initiatives, and supporting cross-functional efficiency improvements. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage process improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement strategies to optimize output.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to streamline workflows.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Troubleshoot recurring plant issues and implement sustainable engineering solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD to develop and revise facility layouts and process diagrams.
• Work in both office and plant environments, including areas such as feed mills, hatcheries, and wastewater treatment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a poultry or protein processing plant in an Industrial/Process Engineering role (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in process/industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and re-design complex systems in a production environment.
