PEGA Lead Business Architect (LBA) – 6-Month Contract | Amsterdam

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility for permanent hire)
Onsite Requirement: 3–4 days/week

About the Role:


We’re looking for an experienced PEGA Lead Business Architect (LBA) to join our client team for a major implementation project in Amsterdam. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable business processes and technical architectures using the latest Pega platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a bridge between business and IT, supporting Agile/Scrum teams

  • Design workflows, rules, and decision logic in Pega

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Pega applications

  • Lead requirement workshops, UAT, and testing cycles

  • Ensure business processes align with technical implementation

Your Profile:

  • 8–10+ years of Pega implementation experience

  • Certified PCBA (for LBA)

  • Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, Case Management, Decisioning, Infinity

  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling or technical architecture

  • Agile/Scrum experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field

Language Skills:

  • Fluent Dutch is a plus

  • Fluent English (interviews in English)
