Job Title: Accountant
Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 4–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, expertise in financial reporting, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Handle taxation matters including CT, VAT, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial data for informed decision-making.

• Prepare financial and operational reports such as inventory aging, receivables and payables analysis, and other management reports.

• Maintain accurate records in Tally Prime and generate reports as required.

• Utilize advanced Excel for reporting, data analysis, and process automation.

• Work with Power BI for data visualization and performance reporting (preferred).

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of proven experience in accounting roles.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must.

• Strong knowledge of taxation laws and compliance (VAT, CT, GST, TDS, etc.).

• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.

• Knowledge of Power BI for financial reporting and analytics is a plus.

• Ability to prepare detailed reports such as inventory aging, receivables, and payables.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
