Position: Accountant & MIS Executive
Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Overview:
Looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage core accounting functions and MIS reporting. The role includes day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and preparing management dashboards to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.

• Ensure statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, etc.

• Support monthly/annual closings and audits.

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and business performance dashboards.

• Assist management with variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting and MIS reporting.

• Proficient in Tally, Excel, MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.

• Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
