Why This Role?
For one of our client, we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who specializes in test automation, scalable QA frameworks, and quality strategy. This is a key technical role for someone who’s not just checking boxes but driving quality as a core part of the product development process.
What will you do?
- You will join the Next Generation Custody (NGC) initiative, a major transformation programme within the Custody area.
- Your role will focus on test automation, performance testing, and migration testing.
- You’ll conduct hands-on integration testing and work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, and Project Managers.
- You’ll collaborate across multiple teams & stakeholders of the newly formed (NGC) department.
- The role requires a high degree of independence and strong planning skills.
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience required in testing applications.
- Documented experience in test automation.
- Experience in performance and migration testing.
- Ability to mentor other testers in a large programme.
- Experience in integration testing.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working in complex technical environments.
Good to have
- Experience from transformation programmes within finance or custody.
- Experience working closely with product owners, architects, and technical teams.
- Experience contributing to improvements in testing processes and tools.
- Strong self-leadership and ability to plan own work.
