We are currently looking for a QC/QA Manager for one of our clients — a leading Printing & Packaging Manufacturing Facility based in Multan, Pakistan, on a full-time onsite basis.
Our client is a well-established player in the flexible packaging and printing sector, known for their commitment to product excellence, innovation, and sustainable manufacturing practices. They are expanding their quality operations and seeking an experienced professional to strengthen their quality systems and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC/QA systems, policies, and procedures aligned with ISO, GMP, and customer standards.
• Supervise quality inspections across raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality deviations, rejections, and customer complaints.
• Lead internal, supplier, and customer audits, and manage certifications such as ISO, HACCP, etc.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Train and mentor QC/QA staff on inspection techniques, quality documentation, and standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams for new product quality validation.
• Maintain proper documentation, quality records, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and inspection reports.
Qualification Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management (ISO-certified courses preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Quality Control and Assurance, preferably in flexible packaging, printing, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for quality reporting and documentation.
• Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality tools (Six Sigma, Lean preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
