Are you an experienced Cloud Governance Manager to strengthen the firm’s data governance and security posture. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the secure, efficient, and compliant use of enterprise data while supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and cybersecurity.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement cloud governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance and protect sensitive client and firm data.
- Oversee enterprise-wide data management practices to support secure data sharing and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance strategies with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and enhance governance processes using advanced tools like Microsoft Purview.
- Stay ahead of the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape, ensuring the firm’s policies and practices remain cutting-edge.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership on risk management, security architectures, and compliance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For in You:
- 7+ years of combined IT, information security, and risk management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data governance architectures, and security technologies.
- Familiarity with information security standards and frameworks such as NIST, CSF, and ISO.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and related governance tools.
- Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CISM, GSEC, CISSP, or CRISC. Previous law firm or professional services environment experience strongly preferred.
