Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor mill machinery, adjusting parameters via control panel.
- Report equipment malfunctions or failures to the reporting manager promptly.
- Operate and maintain the crusher to meet crushing targets.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on all production equipment.
- Supervise hopper filling with specified materials and ensure accuracy.
- Transfer crude materials to mills using conveyor belts.
- Set up and operate mills for products such as Barite, Bentonite, Calcium, and Marble.
- Fill bulk trucks with Barite and Bentonite, maintaining quality and measurements.
- Maintain detailed operational and downtime records.
- Provide daily production and incident reports to the Mill Supervisor.
What We’re Looking For in You
- Mechanical Diploma certificate preferred.
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience, ideally in the oil industry.
- Strong understanding of mill and crusher operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
- Safety-oriented and reliable work ethic.
- Willing to work in Morning/ Evening Shifts
What We Offer
- Salary: 250 KD (8 hrs) or 300 KD (12 hrs)
- Transportation provided (Fahaheel, Mangaf, Mahbhoula).
