Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with external systems.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle – from requirement analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability across services.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and front-end teams for seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as needed.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Core Java (Java 8+) programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring frameworks (Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
  • Proven experience in Microservices development.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and data formats like JSON/XML.
  • Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
  • Proficient with Git or similar version control systems.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
