Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients a Commercial Loan Officer to join a progressive financial services organization in Fort Collins, CO. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing commercial loan relationships while delivering exceptional service to clients and strengthening long-term business partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Solicit, develop, and service a wide variety of commercial loans and financial products.
- Act as the main point of contact for members and community partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Drive sales and portfolio growth through proactive relationship management and business development.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or business lending and servicing.
- Proven success in a sales and production-focused role within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, services, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Good to Have
- Existing network or relationships within the local business community.
- Experience with credit unions or community banks.
- Advanced understanding of underwriting and risk assessment.
