📍 Location: South Windsor, Connecticut
💰 Salary: $45,000 – $54,000 + Bonus
⏱️ Hourly Rate: $22.48 – $26.00/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
We’re seeking Production Equipment Technicians to join our team in South Windsor, CT. In this role, you’ll maintain and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency. You’ll perform both preventive and corrective maintenance and support new equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer-related equipment issues.
- Respond promptly to technical support calls to minimize production downtime.
- Log all support calls and maintenance activities in the technician tracking system (e.g., FIIX).
- Install electrical wiring, controls, and computer hardware for production equipment.
- Support relocation and setup of new equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, bulletins, and schematics to develop troubleshooting plans.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in repair and operation of high-speed production equipment.
- Vendor/equipment repair certification preferred (e.g., Blue Crest, Bowe, Buhrs).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and work under time constraints.

- LWN: Wed–Fri & Alt. Sat | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- LWD: Thu–Sat & Alt. Wed | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- EWD: Sun–Tue & Alt. Wed | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
