Operations Excellence Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Continuous Improvement (CI) & Lean Six Sigma
* Identify and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) plans; oversee tactical project completion.
* Administer and coordinate CI programs, including deployment planning and execution.
* Forecast project value targets and costs in alignment with business strategy.
* Develop and manage CI project plans for moderate-cost, moderate-risk projects; ensure
goals are achieved and sustained.
* Track and report value creation; develop sustainment plans for long-term results.
* Drive process improvement initiatives across CP&O.
* Independently manage daily execution of value stream processes and workstreams.
* Set and manage project goals and objectives with team members and stakeholders.
* Promote team-based problem solving and collaboration.
* Identify, monitor, and implement CI best practices.
* Select and implement tools/methodologies to capture and replicate best practices.
* Lead CI capability building and culture change through advocacy, leadership, and best practice sharing.
* Drive performance management frameworks across business lines.
* Prepare presentations, communications, and training materials to support change management and CI success.
* Conduct Lean Six Sigma training and workshops to foster a CI culture.
Communication Strategy & Internal Engagement
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication needs and improve internal messaging.
* Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Create presentations, invitations, and communication packs for project stakeholders.
* Draft and distribute global communications with consistent messaging.
* Support teams in crafting clear, engaging, and effective communication materials.
* Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless information flow.
* Organize internal events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
* Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness; recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile
Education: -
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed university.
Experience: -
* 3 – 5 years of overall experience, with 2+ years in a Continuous Improvement role.
* Experience in operations management, project management, or process engineering.
Certifications
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory).
* Demonstrated progress in Lean Six Sigma projects.
Skills & Competencies: -
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Continuous Improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Technical competency in Lean Six Sigma tools: DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis
(RCA).
* Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies and data-driven approaches.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience in creating communication materials, newsletters, and reports.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
