About Company:
Founded in 2015, was established to address everyday cleaning challenges of Various Municipal Corporations, while supporting the **Clean India** movement. The company specializes in Mechanical Cleaning of Sewer/Strom Water Drainage System, ensuring eco-friendly and high-quality solutions that promote hygiene and Human Safety. Over the years, Igiene has expanded its expertise to include mechanical cleaning of sewer systems, drain maintenance, solid waste management, and Sewer Rehabilitation.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager (to be CFO) to lead the financial operations of our reputed organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial discipline, analytical expertise, and leadership qualities to support the company’s continued growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management for profitable growth.
2. Financial Management & Control
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, auditing, compliance, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and maintain strong internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
3. Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other financial regulations.
- Liaison with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
4. Cost & Risk Management
- Identify financial risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Evaluate financial viability of new projects, investments, and expansions.
5. Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.
- Implement best practices, SOPs, and standardized reporting processes.
- Support management in decision-making with data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B Com degree / CMA / MBA Finance or relevant financial qualification.
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in handling finances of a company with a similar scale (₹20 Cr turnover).
- Excellent analytical skills, leadership ability, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Excel.
