Accounts Executive
Job Objective-
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to- day financial transactions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The role involves working closely with the Accounts Head to maintain financial integrity and compliance with statutory requirements.
Desired Qualifications-B. Com / M. Com / MBA in Finance or Accounting
Desired Experience-Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry.
Functional Skills-
1.Accounting Knowledge:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards. Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
2. Financial Reporting:
Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Experience in generating management reports for decision-making.
3.Statutory Compliance:
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Experience in preparing and filing statutory returns.
4.Software Proficiency:
Expertise in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
5.Bank Reconciliation:
Ability to perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations. Experience in resolving discrepancies in financial transactions.
Technical Competencies:
1. ERP Systems:
Experience in working with ERP systems for financial management. Ability to integrate accounting processes with ERP modules.
2. Audit Support:
Understanding of audit processes and requirements. Ability to prepare and organize audit documentation.
3. Taxation:
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations. Experience in handling tax assessments and audits.
4. Budgeting:
Proficiency in budgeting and financial forecasting. Ability to analyze financial data and report variances.
