Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Baner, Pune
Reports To: Business Development Officer / General Manager. Joining: Immediate within one month.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, promoting our MEP consultancy services, and driving revenue growth. This role combines traditional sales, marketing, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, PMC consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
- • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Google Business, and other relevant platforms.
- • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to understand offerings and provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain CRM records and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Attend and represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and BNI/networking events.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in construction, engineering, or consultancy domains.
- • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in MEP or infrastructure-related services.
- Familiarity with lead generation via BNI, LinkedIn, and industry portals.
- Basic knowledge of design/technical terms in electrical and MEP consultancy (training will be provided).
