Banking Recovery Lead
We’re hiring Service Recovery Lead in KL! RM15k–24k, Mon–Fri 9–6, standby 24/7. Lead support, ensure system stability & drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management: Monitor, resolve, and escalate system issues.
Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Change Management: Review and oversee system changes without disruption.
Service Excellence: Ensure SLA compliance and deliver performance reports.
Leadership: Mentor junior staff and coordinate team operations.
Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes and train staff on new systems.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in application support, with at least 6 years in banking.
Strong knowledge of core banking, payments (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS), data warehousing.
Hands‑on with SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux, Windows Server, AS400.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos, Splunk.
Bonus: ITIL methodology, scripting, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Independent, proactive, and excellent communicator.
