Sourcing Specialist/Sr. Executive (White Label & Merchandise)
Role Summary:
As the Sourcing Manager, you will be the architect of our product catalog. Your mission is to build a robust, scalable supply chain of "White Label" (unbranded) goods that meet high-quality standards. You will ensure the company can offer a vast variety of products—from apparel to electronics—with high margins and the ability to fulfill small-to-large orders instantly.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Discovery: Build a network of reliable manufacturers and OEM partners across India (and globally) for diverse categories: Textiles, Tech Accessories, Stationery, and Packaging.
White Label Development: Source and curate high-quality "Blank" products that serve as the canvas for our clients' branding.
Cost & Margin Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and credit lines to ensure we maintain a competitive edge and high gross margins.
Quality Control (QC): Develop and enforce strict quality audit protocols to ensure consistency across all white-label batches.
Supply Chain Agility: Implement processes for "on-demand" inventory, reducing lead times and allowing for low minimum order quantities (MOQ) without sacrificing profit.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 4-6 years in Merchandising, Strategic Sourcing, or Global Procurement (Retail/Export backgrounds preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (fabrics, plastics, electronics certifications).
Negotiation: Proven ability to work directly with factory owners to secure the best "factory-gate" prices.
Travel: Willingness to visit manufacturing hubs (PAN India ) for audits and relationship building.
