Sales Manager (B2B & Key Account Management)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Head to spearhead our B2B expansion. This role is a blend of strategic hunting (acquiring new enterprise clients) and relationship farming (growing existing accounts). As the company transitions into an automated, self-service platform model, you will be responsible for shifting traditional corporate procurement into a digital-first experience.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Acquisition: Identify and secure high-value contracts with MNCs, startups, and large enterprises for corporate branding, employee kits, and marketing assets.
Account Growth (KAM): Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring Brandigo becomes their primary partner for all physical branding needs.
Platform Advocacy: Lead the transition of clients onto our digital ordering portal, promoting self-service features and recurring subscription-style orders.
Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for new product categories, ensuring targets are met across diverse industry verticals (Fintech, HR, Marketing).
Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a result-oriented B2B sales team, setting clear KPIs for conversion and retention.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5-8 years in B2B/Corporate Sales (ideally in Corporate Gifting, Advertising, or SaaS).
Network: Deep existing relationships with Procurement, HR, and Marketing heads in major Indian metros.
Skillset: Strong negotiator with the ability to sell a "solution/platform" rather than just a product.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-evolving environment.
