Assignment Description
We are seeking an IT Support Agent to assist with daily helpdesk operations. In this role, you will support end users with software, hardware, and network issues while helping with device and user administration. You will also assist with IT-related purchasing, liaising with suppliers, and tracking software licenses.
Job Responsibilities
Provide first-line support: respond to user questions, log incidents, and follow up on service requests.
Assist with second-line troubleshooting: software, hardware, network, and access management issues.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and software license administration.
Assist with IT-related purchasing and liaise with suppliers as needed.
Collaborate with IT colleagues and escalate issues to the right team when necessary.
Maintain clear documentation of incidents, requests, and IT procedures.
Requirements
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Experience with Atlassian tools
Experience with MS EntraID and Intune
Experience with Slack and Ubiquiti
Skills in incident management and troubleshooting
Good communication skills in English; Scandinavian language is a plus
