Join our friendly Customer Service Executive team to help customers with inquiries, orders, and payments. No experience needed — full training provided; strong English & Bahasa Malaysia needed
JOB SCOPE:
Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
