Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Security Consultant to lead the implementation of multifactor authentication (MFA) in a complex banking IT environment. The role combines deep technical expertise with project management skills to ensure a seamless rollout of Windows Hello for Business (WHfB) and continuous onboarding of all employees.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the MFA implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical standards.
Troubleshoot, mitigate, and resolve technical challenges impacting the rollout.
Drive end-to-end project execution, managing tasks, risks, and dependencies across IT teams.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, reports, and presentations for project stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure, security, and identity services.
Recommend best practices for secure authentication, identity management, and hybrid IT operations.
Requirements
Must-have
Senior-level expertise in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, with strong IAM/IAG experience.
Proven experience implementing MFA solutions, particularly Windows Hello for Business, in hybrid/on-prem environments.
Proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID, Oracle, IBM Mainframe, SQL, and Windows platforms.
Experience as a Technical Project Manager managing complex end-to-end IT projects.
Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
CV must be submitted in english.
Nice-to-have
Experience in complex infrastructure environments, including networking (DNS, firewalls, proxies).
Broad knowledge of Microsoft on-premises infrastructure.
Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or similar.
Experience with Splunk or similar tools for data extraction and analysis.
