Reporting to: Operations Manager / Branch Manager
Level: E2 - E1
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Required Experience Range:
Targeted Industry: Courier / Transportation / Freight / Warehousing
Special Skills Required: Knowledge of Export Operations
Roles & Responsibilities
Documentation
• Need to create file once empty container picked up by shipper/ cha and need to keep cost in file as per SOP
• Need to follow up with shipper/ CHA /Vendor for - Liner SI/ VGM/ BL Instruction /ENS/ ISF / AMS/ACI /AFR /CSBA etc
• Need to share draft MBL/ HBL to shipper/overseas before sailing, for SWITCH HBL need to take approval from Product head
• Need to follow up with Liner about Freight / Local charges invoice and process their payments on time after checking with SOP
• Need to issue ALLCARGO invoice on time and share with customer also courier as per customer requirements
• Need to follow up with ICD/CONCOR / CHA/ VENDOR about their Invoices and submit to FIN after checking with SOP
• Send Final Pre alerts to agents after sailing
• Ops need to update FMC FILING and upload in DIGIVIEW
• Send weekly HBL / MBL /invoices DSR
Desired Candidate Profile
· Graduate (UG: Any Graduate)
· PG: Any Postgraduate
· Should have complete knowledge of MS Office and Outlook .
· communication skills should be good .
