Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordination with overseas agents
• Coordination with customers
• To quote rates to the customers and feedback
• To arrange Customs Manifestation process before arrival.
• Arrange shipments as per customer’s requirements at various destinations
• Send CAN to the customers well before arrival the shipments
• Arrange DSRs to the premium customers on daily basis
• Making routing orders in Topaz with selling rates
• To check the overseas invoices
• To arrange the manifest docs from the forwarders well before
• Arranging planning for road movements (Multi city container boxes)
• Sending flyers for new services
• Updating global rate sheets for corporate accounts
• Follow up for payments for outstanding
Desired Candidate’s Profile: Skills:
• Should have good software skills (Ms-Excel)
• Should have good communication skills (Email communication) and positive attitude
• Should have negotiation skills
• Should be able to handle a team effectively
