Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Finished Goods Inventory Planning Specialist for one of our clients to lead and establish a complete planning methodology for Power Transformers in Ludvika. In this strategic role, you will independently drive the creation of a structured, stable, and robust planning process across short, medium and long-term horizons. You will define buffer strategies, sequencing logic, decision-making governance, and anchor the methodology in the organization. This senior position requires deep expertise in planning methodology, strong independence, and the ability to lead complex process development with limited oversight.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement a structured planning methodology for Power Transformers (short-, medium-, long-term horizons)
Establish buffer strategy, sequencing logic, and clear decision-making paths/governance
Ensure the methodology is stabilized and fully anchored in the organization
Drive continuous improvement and alignment across planning functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain the methodology
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on planning processes
Who You Are
Recognized expert in planning methodology, inventory control, or supply chain planning
Extensive experience in developing and implementing structured planning processes in manufacturing/industrial environments
Strong ability to work independently with limited oversight
Experience in power transformers, electrical equipment, or heavy industry planning
Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
