About Client: Client is a fast-growing modular kitchen and interior solutions brand delivering premium, functional, and aesthetically designed kitchen spaces to residential and commercial clients. We collaborate closely with builders, architects, and interior designers to create customized kitchen environments.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with excellent English communication skills and a strong professional network among builders, architects, and interior designers in Pune. The role focuses on brand promotion, lead generation, and relationship development within the building materials and construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to generate leads for modular kitchens and interior solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers
Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to stakeholders
Identify new project opportunities through industry networking and market mapping
Coordinate with sales and design teams to convert leads into business
Organize promotional activities, exhibitions, and architect meets
Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns in the Pune region
Track competitor activities and market trends in the modular kitchen/building materials segment
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of marketing/business development experience in building materials, modular kitchens, interiors, or the construction industry
Strong existing network with architects, builders, and interior designers in Pune
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Presentable personality with strong relationship-building ability
Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused approach
Willingness for field marketing and client meetings
Preferred Background
Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, hardware, laminates, tiles, fittings, or interior products
Familiarity with the Pune real estate and construction ecosystem
