Assignment Description
Join a complex pharma manufacturing environment where data integrity and operational excellence are critical. In this role, you will lead and standardize the AVEVA PI landscape across several Nordic production sites, ensuring a scalable, reliable, and high-performing data foundation that supports automation, manufacturing, and advanced analytics initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead AVEVA PI architecture across designated production sites
Ensure standardized and scalable PI implementations
Design and maintain AF models, templates, and naming conventions
Act as subject matter expert on PI Data Archive, AF, Vision, Event Frames, Interfaces, and Notifications
Support governance structures including roles, escalation paths, and lifecycle ownership
Resolve integration challenges related to tag structures, interfaces, and data flows
Perform technical reviews and provide architectural recommendations
Conduct site onboarding and readiness assessments
Collaborate closely with Automation, IT/OT, Manufacturing, QA, and external vendors
Contribute expert input to RAID logs and status reporting
Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience within the AVEVA PI ecosystem, including Data Archive, Asset Framework, Vision, Event Frames, Interfaces, and Notifications
Proven experience in technical architecture and multi-site system integration
Strong capability in designing structured AF hierarchies, templates, and data standards
Experience supporting governance frameworks and system ownership models
Ability to troubleshoot complex PI integrations and technical blockers
Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT/OT, automation teams, operations, QA, and external partners
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
