Assignment Description
Join a high-impact commissioning project in Stavanger, where you’ll help bring complex industrial systems to life. Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth system readiness and successful handovers. If you enjoy structured planning, problem-solving, and seeing projects progress from installation to full operation, this role offers both professional growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain commissioning procedures and documentation
Define system boundaries and commissioning scope
Prepare job cards and handover dossiers
Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with vendors
Coordinate with project teams and attend technical meetings
Monitor progress and update commissioning plans
Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders
Requirements
Skilledworker (fagbrev) or bachelor’s degree in a related trade
Proven experience in commissioning or engineering within industrial or energy projects
Hands-on experience with project documentation and commissioning tools
Proficiency in MIPS, TIME, and PIMS software
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to process improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English
