Assignment Description
We are looking for an LCI Coordinator to strengthen information management across a long-term engineering project. You will secure that documentation, data structures, and system deliveries meet project and operational requirements. The work involves close collaboration with engineering disciplines, suppliers, and project controls.

Responsibilities
Ensure LCI requirements are understood and implemented by all disciplines
Follow up suppliers on documentation deliveries and data completeness
Maintain tag structures, metadata quality, and classification rules
Support digital handover preparation and system walkdowns
Coordinate LCI interfaces between engineering, operations, and IT
Prepare status reports and highlight deviations related to documentation flow
Contribute to continuous improvement of information management processes
Requirements
Must Have
Experience with LCI, engineering information management, or technical documentation
Familiarity with common LCI systems and engineering tools (Aveva, ProArc, etc.)
Understanding of tagging structures, metadata principles, and document control
Ability to collaborate with engineering disciplines and suppliers
Structured working style with high attention to detail
CV must be submitted in English
Good to Have
Experience in large engineering or modification projects
Exposure to operations, commissioning, or digital handover processes
Knowledge of Norwegian project environments
