About the Role
We are looking for an LCI Coordinator to join a permanent position in Stavanger, ensuring timely and coordinated execution of LCI activities within a modifications and maintenance (V&M) project environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project LCI plan, monitoring performance, and making sure LCI requirements are correctly understood and implemented across the project organisation.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the project LCI plan
Ensure timely and coordinated execution of all identified LCI activities
Monitor and report LCI status and performance within the project organisation
Ensure LCI requirements (TR 2381) are well understood by all relevant parts of the project organisation
Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to client
Ensure correct transfers to client databases
Give input and assist disciplines with technical change requests and deviation permits related to LCI
Coordinate LCI interfaces between engineering, operations, and project controls
Requirements
Must Have
Relevant technical background with direct experience as an LCI Coordinator
Knowledge of LCI requirements (TR 2381)
Proficiency in TIME, STID, PROCOSYS, PIMS, and SAP
Knowledge of Aker Solutions Project Execution Model (PEM)
Strong system and data skills — comfortable working across multiple project applications
Fluent in both Norwegian and English
Good communication skills across disciplines and stakeholder levels
CV must be submitted in English
Good to Have
Experience in V&M or modifications projects in the energy sector
Familiarity with Norwegian project environments
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
