Position: Inside Sales Specialist (International Sales)
Responsibilities :-
• Lead generation: Identifying prospective clients through social media, LinkedIn, outbound emailing, and cold calling.
• Scheduling appointments: Coordinating with decision-makers to set meetings and sales appointments for representatives.
• Preparing quotations, invoicing, and overseeing project billings and collections.
• Follow-up communication: Managing follow-ups to confirm appointments, address client inquiries, and build trust.
• CRM management: Logging calls, emails, and updates in the CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
• Collaboration: Partnering with sales representatives and managers to improve workflows and implement effective strategies for achieving qualified leads.
• Handling rejections: Responding professionally to objections while maintaining outreach efforts.
• Engaging prospective clients: Nurturing leads by addressing their pain points and guiding them through the sales cycle. Skills & Qualifications
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Work experience: Proven experience in IT Sales/Technology Sales (2-3 years), appointment setting, telemarketing, and product presentations.
• Technical skills:
Proficiency in CRM software, automation tools, and scheduling platforms.
• Communication skills: Strong phone etiquette, excellent written and verbal communication, and active listening.
• Soft skills:
Resilience to rejections, adaptability to client needs, and willingness to learn new technologies. Location Mumbai (Chembur / Navi Mumbai) Package As per industry standards in line with experience.
