Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Project Manager for one of our clients to support the delivery of business-focused projects in Gothenburg. In this senior professional role, you will coordinate and manage projects across functions such as purchasing, logistics, HR, finance, or other non-technical areas. You will organize teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, ensure compliance with policies/standards, and support business transformation initiatives in a structured, collaborative environment. This position is ideal for an organized, communicative professional with 2–5 years of relevant experience who thrives in managing smaller projects independently or contributing to larger ones.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage cross-functional business projects
Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and create detailed schedules
Identify and plan resource requirements for successful delivery
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on cost, timeline, and staffing
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external quality standards
Identify risks/obstacles and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Support management of multiple related initiatives and business transformation activities
Coordinate vendor tasks/deliverables when applicable
Who You Are
2–5 years of relevant project management or coordination experience
Practical knowledge from education and professional work
Ability to manage smaller projects independently or support larger ones under guidance
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently with general supervision
Experience with Agile project management practices
Familiarity with business transformation or non-technical project delivery
English (proficient – mandatory) & Swedish (advanced – required)
