Sperton is assisting a client in identifying an experienced Sales Director to drive strategic HCM, Payroll, and Financial Transformation programs across Australia.
This is an opportunity for a senior sales professional to work with large enterprise organizations, helping them transform their HR, payroll, and finance operations through modern enterprise platforms and consulting-led transformation services.

Experience Required
12 – 20 years of relevant experience in enterprise services sales, transformation consulting, or strategic technology solutions.
Work Authorization

Role Overview
This is a Senior Enterprise Services Sales role focused on selling enterprise transformation services, specifically in:
HCM transformation programs
Payroll transformation initiatives
Financial systems transformation
Important: This role is not focused on ERP infrastructure or technology stack sales. The emphasis is on consulting-led enterprise transformation services delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new enterprise logo acquisition across the Australian market
Lead sales initiatives for HCM, Payroll, and Financial transformation services
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, including CHROs, CFOs, HR Directors, and Finance Leaders
Collaborate with Workday, SAP, and Oracle ecosystem partners for strategic co-selling opportunities
Lead large-scale enterprise deal pursuits and multi-year transformation engagements
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Position transformation services that deliver measurable business value and operational improvements
Required Experience
Candidates should have strong experience selling enterprise transformation services related to HR and finance platforms, including:
Workday
SAP SuccessFactors
Oracle HCM
Oracle Financials
NetSuite
PeopleSoft
Australian payroll services
Candidates should also bring prior experience as a technical or functional consultant within one or more of these enterprise platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience selling enterprise transformation services (not software licenses)
Demonstrated success closing large multi-year enterprise services engagements
A strong professional network across CHROs, CFOs, HR Directors, and Finance Leaders
Extensive experience within the Australian enterprise market
A hunter mindset, focused on winning new enterprise clients
Knowledge of Australian payroll frameworks, industrial relations (IR), and award interpretation
