We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer with 2-3 years’ experience to join our team at ISG, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Gain a thorough understanding of all company software and products.
· Perform installation, configuration, training, and troubleshooting of company products on-site or remotely as required.
· Conduct testing of software/applications/products to ensure quality and functionality.
· Provide timely technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site visits.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and systems.
· Collaborate with internal teams to identify, analyse, and implement solutions for customer issues and enhancement requests.
· Analyse customer feedback and usage trends to help improve product quality and user experience.
Job Requirements:
· Strong understanding of operating systems such as Linux, Ubuntu, and Windows, along with software application fundamentals.
· Hands-on experience with AWS, MySQL Server, and Docker is essential.
· Excellent communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Strong analytical mindset with proven troubleshooting abilities.
