HR Executive
Job Summary:
A detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage Recruitment, HR operations, Entire employee lifecycle management and provide admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (TA) -
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities
2. HR Operations -
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities (documentation, induction, exit interviews).
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, learning & development activities.
3. Data MIS & Reporting-
• Maintain and update HR databases (employee master data, attendance, leave, payroll inputs).
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS reports.
• Track HR metrics such as attrition, hiring status, absenteeism, and headcount.
• Support audits by providing required HR data and reports.
4. Administrative Support-
• Manage office administration activities (vendor coordination, office supplies, housekeeping).
• Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
• Assist in maintaining compliance documents and statutory records.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources with strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced Excel preferred).
• Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
MBA or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
