Role Overview
We are seeking an Immigration Specialist with 2–5 years of experience preparing O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions. The ideal candidate is meticulous, solution-oriented, and has strong legal writing skills. This role involves managing high-volume cases using AI-assisted tools, conducting quality checks, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and draft O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions, including supporting documents
Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure accuracy before attorney review
Manage end-to-end petition processes, from client documents to assembling final submissions (300–1500 pages)
Act as a subject matter expert and copy editor for legal writing standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify platform issues and propose solutions
Contribute to automating legal document preparation processes
Required Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in business immigration, with focus on O-1 and EB-1 visa preparation
Strong legal writing and drafting skills
Experience in high-volume or startup environments
High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Solution-oriented mindset with ability to propose process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a competitor or similar company (e.g., Alma, Deel, LegalPad)
Familiarity with AI-assisted legal platforms
Based in California or able to travel for occasional on-site team meetings
