Role: Team Member- MIS & Business Analyst
Reporting: Head- Finance Operations T&H
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Technical & Professional Knowledge required:
Preferable with previous experience of 6-9 years working in MIS, FP&A & good understanding of Accounts & Finance activities.
Knowledge of SAP FICO module, Industry Benchmark practices. Analytical Thnking , Knowledge of S4Hana SAP
Experience required
a)Has full knowledge on Advanced Excel and should be good at visualising data and analysis
b)Very good communication skills
c)Prior experience of working in MIS function is must
d) Expert Knowledge of SAP in FICO, SD, MM
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Creating Dashboard covering Daily / Weekly Revenue Reporting,
Inventory Ageing Tracking,
Sales MIS at Market & Customer Level, support during statutory audit, etc.
Responsible for providing monthly performance review MIS to the Management & Corporate FP&A
Responsible for Yearly Budgeting Exercise by way of coordination with all departments.
Monitoring of Budget Vs Actuals product line wise for variances of all the parameters.
Preparing Presentations for CMD Review, Quarterly Board Review
Supporting business for Analysing Make Vs Buy Decision, Various Cost Savings Proposals and Capex Proposals
Providing Audit Schedules to Statutory Auditors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Yearly Budgeting Exercise by way of co-ordiantion with all departments and analysis of variances on Monthly Basis for all KPI's
Responsible for providing monthly performance review MIS viz . Working Board to the MD , CFO & Corporate FP&A
Preparing for monthly Working Board Review Meetings in co-ordination with plant for all operational parameteres
Preparing Quarterly Board Meeting ppt for JKMPTL & Consolidated Financials
Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly Inventory position,
Preparation of Production and Sales MIS for Month end Reporting,
Driving Automation of Reports,
Responsible for checking and evaluation of Capex Proposals for Payback and IRR including startegic projects
Providing Quick Estimates to the Mangement on Day 1 and Working Board by Day 5 of next month.
Providing data to Internal Auditors as and when required.
Providing data to External Auditors on quarterly basis for Sales & Inventory with key variation Analysis.
Nurturing and Enggaging Team for daily activitiies & imparting knowledge to the team
Partnering effectively with business in supporting them drive key metrics affecting business performance
