Logistics Manager
Location: Anklas
Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 yrs. of in Logistics and commercial Management
Job Profile:
We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Responsibilities are: -
Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
Coordinating inbound and outbound material.
Liaise and negotiate with transporters.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
Prepare plan routes and process shipments.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints during the transportation of goods from the factory to the customer
Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
Should have thorough knowledge of Export and Import documents and requirements.
Negotiating rates and maintaining relationships with transporters, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
Handling of the packaging of materials.
Knowledge of shipment/sample booking through courier companies like FedEx / DHL / Blue Dart.
Other Attributes:
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, intelligent, dynamic person who can quickly learn
Good analytical skills.
Building and retaining relationships with various transport companies.
Ability to work independently.
Should be able to handle work pressure.
Aggressively result-oriented and a self-starter.
Salary: Rs.35k to 40k Negotiable
