Jr. Logistics and Dispatch Executive
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 yrs.

Job Profile:
We are looking for a reliable Jr. Logistics and Dispatch Executive to be responsible for the following responsibilities
Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents. Ensure billing as per the customer PO. Maintain export documentation records (if applicable).
Verify dispatch address and delivery instructions, coordinate with warehouse, production, and transporters. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and supervision of loading.
Liaise and negotiate with the transporter.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Arrange a courier for samples and small consignments. Verify courier bills. Track shipment status and update concerned departments.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints during the transportation/courier of goods from the factory to the customer
Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
Should know Export and Import documents and requirements
Maintain the dispatch register and sample records. Ensure proper document filing and traceability for audits.

Self-motivated, intelligent, dynamic person who can quickly learn
Good analytical skill
Building and retaining relationships with various transport companies.
Salary: Rs. 25k to 30k
