We are hiring an Interior Designer cum Sales Executive to join a creative and fast-growing interior solutions team. The role combines interior design expertise with client handling and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing qualified leads, understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, presenting proposals, and converting leads into successful projects.
The candidate will interact with clients through calls, meetings, and site visits to understand their preferences, budget, and expectations. Responsibilities include preparing layouts, mood boards, and design presentations while coordinating with execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage company-generated leads
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget
• Create and present interior design concepts and proposals
• Prepare layouts, mood boards, and presentations
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Follow up with clients and resolve queries or revisions
• Convert leads into confirmed projects and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with execution teams for project handover
• Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation abilities
• Creativity, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• Client relationship management experience
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
