We are hiring a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive business development and sales activities for specialty chemicals and water treatment solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, and promoting customized water treatment systems and chemical solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting industrial water treatment chemicals and systems, including cooling water treatment, boiler treatment, RO systems, wastewater management solutions, STP, ETP, filtration systems, and related equipment. The role requires strong technical understanding along with excellent communication and sales skills to effectively engage with industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Conduct technical discussions and site visits with clients
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Represent the company during exhibitions and client meetings
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in industrial sales or water treatment solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Technical understanding of water treatment systems and specialty chemicals
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
