We are hiring a Project Sales Executive – Industrial Automation to drive project sales and business development activities across industrial automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, handling techno-commercial discussions, preparing proposals, and closing orders.
The role involves working with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and end users while promoting automation solutions, including PLC, SCADA, DCS, Drives, and Instrumentation systems. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills along with experience in B2B/project sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new industrial automation project opportunities
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with internal engineering and execution teams
• Maintain sales pipeline and achieve business targets
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Siemens Automation Products preferred
• Experience in Industrial Automation / Project Sales
• Strong techno-commercial understanding
• Ability to offer customized automation solutions
Industries Preferred:
Chemical, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, Cement, Metro Projects
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
