Site Engineer
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Site Engineer to manage crane service operations, maintenance, and customer relationships. The role combines hands-on technical work with business development responsibilities in the crane service domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle on-site execution of crane rail installation projects.
Supervise and manage site workforce/labour teams for timely project completion.
Ensure quality installation as per project specifications and safety standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and site layouts accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and compliance at site.
Handle customer coordination and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Travel to project sites across India along with the team as required.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of crane rail installation and alignment.
Experience in port crane / industrial crane projects preferred.
Ability to manage teams and multiple site activities.
Good understanding of project execution and site coordination.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and layouts.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in crane rail installation projects.
Experience in handling site teams and labour workforce.
Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India Sea Port locations.
