About the Firm
Our client is one of California’s fastest-growing plaintiff personal injury firms and is now expanding into Minnesota with the launch of a brand-new office in Minneapolis.
This is a rare opportunity for a plaintiff-side attorney to step into a true ground-floor leadership role with direct support from the founding partners. The firm is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead Minnesota operations, oversee client outcomes, help build the local team, and play a key role in long-term regional growth. Because apparently practicing law is no longer enough. Now attorneys must also become operators, recruiters, therapists, and startup founders wearing dress shoes.
The firm is known for its client-first philosophy, collaborative culture, and modern paperless operations, offering attorneys the autonomy of entrepreneurial practice with the infrastructure and resources of an established PI platform.
