Role Overview:
The company is seeking a qualified Lawyer with 3–7 years of experience specializing in procedural law and/or corporate law. This role offers the opportunity to work independently on legal matters while contributing to the development of a next-generation legal service model powered by AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal cases independently from initiation to resolution with full client responsibility.
Handle disputes, claims, and litigation processes.
Draft legal documents including lawsuits, pleadings, and agreements.
Conduct negotiations and support dispute resolution strategies.
Lead and manage corporate law projects such as share issuances, mergers, restructurings, and transactions.
Develop and maintain shareholder agreements and incentive programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance AI-driven legal workflows.
Contribute to improving delivery service with a business-oriented and technology-driven approach.
Required Qualifications:
Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
3–7 years of relevant experience in procedural law and/or corporate law.
Experience working at a law firm, consultancy, or in-house legal role.
Proven ability to manage clients and legal matters independently.
Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in dispute resolution or collections-related environments.
Exposure to transaction-heavy or corporate advisory work.
Experience working closely with executive leadership or boards.
Background in start-ups, scale-ups, or tech-driven organizations.
