Senior SAP OTC Consultant

About The Role
Join a high-impact SAP transformation initiative focused on optimizing Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations across complex enterprise environments. As a Senior SAP OTC Consultant specializing in SAP SD, you will drive end-to-end sales and distribution process improvements, streamline order fulfilment and billing operations, and support scalable SAP solutions integrated across critical business functions. This role offers the opportunity to work on global delivery projects, modern SAP technologies, and business-critical transformation initiatives across industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, and Retail & Consumer Goods. Enterprise software: where moving a sales order from Point A to Point B somehow requires three steering committees and a migration strategy.
What You'll Do
Lead configuration and support of SAP SD and OTC processes including sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and revenue recognition
Analyze and optimize OTC workflows to improve order fulfilment, invoicing accuracy, process efficiency, and cash realization
Customize SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements, compliance standards, and operational goals
Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and modules including MM, PP, FI/CO, and PS
Support logistics execution, goods movements, delivery creation, invoice posting, financial reconciliation, and issue resolution across pricing, billing, and credit management
Deliver training, functional guidance, documentation, and support for sales orders, delivery processing, billing, dispute resolution, blocked orders, pricing issues, and credit challenges
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and project documentation supporting traceability and handover
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP Fiori, SAP BRIM, and Advanced ATP capabilities
Who You Are
Must Have
8–10 years of hands-on SAP SD and OTC implementation/support experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Strong expertise in pricing procedures, copy controls, logistics execution, credit management, and OTC operations
Experience integrating SAP SD with FI/CO, MM, PP, and PS modules
Proven end-to-end SAP project delivery experience from blueprinting through post-go-live support
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in global, cross-functional delivery environments
Good to Have
Experience within Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O), Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, or Retail & Consumer Goods industries
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP BRIM, SAP Fiori, or SAP Advanced ATP
SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales certification
Master’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
