Job Description – Marketing Manager, MCL Business
Responsible for achieving profitable sales targets for MCL products (Metallized, Coated & Laminated) across the Indian market.
Develop new customers, markets, and channel partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Drive B2B sales growth by understanding customer requirements, introducing new products, and ensuring timely execution of orders.
Identify and meet brand owners, generate new business opportunities, and create a strong sales funnel.
Execute product-market strategies to expand domestic market volumes.
Coordinate new product trials, approvals, and launches in collaboration with technical and R&D teams.
Monitor profitability by selecting high-margin customers and products.
Control receivables and manage finished goods inventory to support working capital efficiency.
Gather and share market intelligence related to competitors, customer trends, and new product developments.
Work closely with Plant, Logistics, QC, Finance, Technical, and Service teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer issue resolution with technical understanding and support from internal teams.
Ensure continuous customer addition and uninterrupted order flow for plant operations.
Requirements:
Graduate with BBA/MBA preferred; B.Tech candidates also preferred.
10–12 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the Printing & Packaging industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
Good command of the local language and English.
