SAP FI-CO Consultant (S/4HANA) – Japanese Language Required
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Work Model: Hybrid (Combination of On-site and Remote Work)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute SAP FI-CO implementation, development, and support activities.
Gather and analyze business requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.
Configure SAP Finance and Controlling modules according to client requirements.
Create and deliver blueprint presentations and workshop sessions.
Develop process flows using Microsoft Visio.
Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP).
Integrate FI-CO with SAP SD, MM, PS, HR, and external applications.
Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
Prepare user manuals and provide end-user support.
Participate in regular client meetings and provide project status updates.
Follow SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP and other structured frameworks.
What We’re Looking For in You:
4–7 years of hands-on SAP FI-CO consulting experience.
3–6 years of functional finance/accounting domain experience.
Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
Hands-on configuration expertise in:
General Ledger (GL)
New GL
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Asset Accounting
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
COPA (Profitability Analysis)
Basic knowledge and exposure to SAP BPC.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working directly with clients and onsite teams.
Ability to prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP FI-CO Certification.
Experience with SAP Simple Finance.
SAP Solution Manager experience.
Knowledge of SAP Country India Version (CIN).
Experience integrating FI-CO with SD, MM, PS, and HR modules.
Exposure to ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC interfaces.
SAP NetWeaver knowledge.
Team leadership experience.
