SAP MM/WM Consultant (S/4HANA) – Japanese Language Required

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute SAP MM and WM implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Analyze client business requirements and design effective SAP solutions.
Conduct AS-IS studies, gap analysis, and blueprint workshops.
Configure SAP MM and WM modules according to business and client requirements.
Create and deliver client presentations, workshop materials, and solution demonstrations.
Develop Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Process Procedures (BPP), and process flow diagrams.
Configure and support:
Material Master Data
Purchasing
Inventory Management
Account Determination
Invoice Verification
Service Management
Inbound and Outbound Processing
Warehouse and Storage Management
Handling Unit Management
Storage Unit Management
Cross Docking
RF Configuration
Support procurement and supply chain processes including Purchase Requisitions, RFQs, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders (STO), and Inventory Management.
Integrate SAP MM and WM with SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, and external applications.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support.
Prepare training materials, user manuals, and test scripts.
Provide regular project updates and collaborate closely with onsite teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For in You:
8–10 years of SAP MM consulting experience.
2–3 years of functional domain experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain management.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP WM configuration.
Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

Knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Experience integrating MM/WM with SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, and QM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to conduct workshops and interact directly with clients.
Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on three or more SAP MM projects.
Team leadership or mentoring experience.
Experience supporting SAP upgrades and issue resolution.
Exposure to ASAP or other structured SAP implementation methodologies.
Ability to work across both MM and WM modules seamlessly.
Willingness to relocate if required.
