Responsibilities
Prepare and present traditional German dishes to a high standard
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
Organize daily kitchen operations efficiently
Support menu preparation and kitchen planning
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Professional experience as a Chef
Experience in German cuisine is required
German language skills sufficient for workplace communication and understanding menu items and recipes
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
Team-oriented with a passion for quality food preparation
Compensation & Benefits
Gross monthly salary: €3,200
Additional tax-free allowances and supplements for Sunday and public holiday work
Staff meals provided on working days

Shared staff accommodation near the workplace, or
Private apartment option in a nearby town
2 vacation days per month of employment

In the heart of Bavaria in between Regensburg & Munich close to the Austrian border in Germany.
Career Opportunity
This position is offered as a seasonal contract until mid-October 2026. Following the season, successful candidates will be immediately offered continued employment within a partner hospitality operation in the same region, extending total employment to approximately 7–8 months.
In addition, high-performing employees are welcome to return for future seasons after a short break, providing the opportunity for recurring employment and a long-term professional relationship with the employer.
